Personnel were not NDA-bound, not vetted beyond criminal background basics, not trained to luxury-hospitality standards, and not placed with personality-fit in mind. Keenstead operates on a private household staffing model. Dedicated housekeepers placed full-time or part-time in single residences. NDAs signed before first shift — comprehensive and permanent. Enhanced vetting standard: criminal, civil, financial, credit, four professional and two personal references, psychometric assessment, social media scan. Staff trained to luxury-hospitality standards — many come from five-star hotel backgrounds (Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Aman) or private estate service. Bed-making, table setting, linen care, silver polishing, closet organization to hotel standards.

For multi-residence principals, estate-management oversight available: housekeeper coordination across properties, vendor management, property preparation for principal arrivals, closing/opening seasonal residences, security coordination. Live-in staff placement with provincial compliance where required. Private consultation for pricing and placement — not publicly posted.
